Soft Resin Himalayan Shilajit is a traditional Ayurvedic product belonging to one of the eight areas of ancient practice known as Rasayana. Rasayana is a rejuvenation therapy and teaching on how to maintain & promote wellbeing from macro to micro-cellular level. Soft Resin is the most popular product among our customers. It is a little more concentrated than Liquid drops but still preserves most of the original bioactive components of natural Shilajit, rich in a variety of healthful trace minerals. Its consistency resembles honey, but its taste is not sweet. Shilajit resin can be mixed with any sort of drink except alcohol or tap water, as well as being suitable as a stand-alone supplement.

Suggested Use

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:</strong></span></p>
<p>The soft resin may be taken straight or mixed in a cup of water, tea or coffee.</p>
<p>Take it in the morning or during the day once or twice daily</p>
<p>Our soft resin shilajit dosage is 200mg and should not exceed 600 mg per day.</p>
<p>To ensure that you use the right dosage, we include the measuring spoon. Kindly use it to measure the typical single-serving amount. The full measuring spoon (200mg) is an average single dosage for an adult.</p>
<p>If you don't have a measuring spoon, you may use a tip of a butter knife where 200mg should be equal to 4 drops of Shilajit.</p>
<p>For better absorption of shilajit, you may mix it with water or another liquid. Your beverage can be hot or cold, but don't ever boil or microwave the shilajit.</p>
