Refund policy

Because we care, we offer a full return and exchange on items purchased from Healthland, within 14 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

LOCAL RETURNS

1. Returned and exchanged items should be unused and in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags and labels attached along with the invoices and should be returned to their original box.

2. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

3. Delivery charges for All orders are non-refundable.

4. If you would like to return or exchange an eligible item within 14 days of purchase, you can contact us through our contact number +965-65052462, we will be happy to assist.

- When we collect your item, please provide us with the original invoice at time of purchase.
- Refunds will be based on your payment method.
- K-net / Credit cards: refunds will be by Bank transfers and will take 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on delivery: refunds will be by Cash
