Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of EPA and DHA, two long chain Omega-3 fatty acids that support the heart, brain and vision. 250mg of EPA and DHA a day combined contributes to the normal function of the heart and 250mg of DHA daily contributes to normal brain function and vision.
Lifeplan's Cod Liver Oil capsules are additionally enriched with Vitamins A & D, which support the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D also supports normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.
